Carney wants Canada and Europe to work together

Prime Minister Mark Carney told the European Parliament in Strasbourg on Sept. 17 that Canada and Europe should team up. He said they should build their own computer storage and power, payment methods, military equipment, and energy and metal supplies, so they can stand on their own feet.
