Barclays Workers Object to More Office Days

Thousands of Barclays workers signed a joint letter against being told to come to the office more often from October. Since summer 2026, the bank has required full-time workers to be in person three days a week instead of two, and bosses four days. Unite, the workers' group covering nearly 80% of its 45,000 UK staff, will meet Barclays soon.
