Toronto–Quebec City fast-train project may cost $150-billion, internal document says

A government-owned company's internal briefing, obtained by The Globe and Mail, estimates the Toronto–Quebec City fast-rail line will cost $148.1-billion to $152.7-billion over 40 years.
