Health Minister Simeon Brown told Parliament the health workforce grew by 54 nurses since March 2024. The Prime Minister has said 2,100. Both can be true. The 2,100 counts every person hired. The 54 counts actual working hours added — because some new hires work part-time or replaced staff who left.
