Zambia's Opposition Leader Challenges Election Result

Zambia's opposition leader Brian Mundubile says he will go to court to challenge the August 13 presidential election result, claiming voting fraud. Officials declared current president Hakainde Hichilema the winner with about 60 percent of votes, versus Mundubile's 38 percent. Mundubile's team says voting and counting were unfair. The court must rule quickly, as the swearing-in is due by August 24.
