Netflix closes two more of its own game studios

Netflix is shutting down Night School Studio and Moonloot Games. The closures extend a two-year pullback from making its own video games, following Team Blue's shutdown in October 2024 and Spry Fox's return to its founders in December 2025. No replacements have been announced. Netflix says it will focus on kids, party, story-driven, and mainstream games streamed to televisions.
