Government changes disability bill after hearing 3,000 people

Disability Issues Minister Louise Upston has changed a disability support bill after more than 3,000 people sent in their views. The rewritten bill guarantees that disabled people's support and funding will not be cut, and families will not be asked to do more unpaid care. Upston said the original bill "was not as clear as it should have been."
