Russia Threatens to Seize European Ships Over New EU Rules

Putin warned from a Russian warship that Russia would seize European ships if EU countries take Russian cargo ships. He sent orders to his military and Pacific Fleet. The threat follows new EU rules from July 2026 letting member countries sell seized Russian oil and goods. Putin called the EU policy "piracy and robbery."
