Justice Department Announces Super Intelligence Task Force Chaired by Jay Clayton

The U.S. Department of Justice has announced the Super Intelligence Task Force (DOJ-SITF), chaired by Jay Clayton. Per the department, it aims to ensure critical SI technologies serve the American people and are not manipulated by bad actors at home or abroad. Its mandate also covers protecting U.S.-based AI technology from foreign state actors, transnational criminal organizations and fraudsters.
