Valve says Steam store and page reviews now take up to 12 business days

Valve has acknowledged a significant rise in submissions for Steam store and page reviews in recent months, with reviews now taking up to 12 business days, against a typical three to five. Valve said much of the delay stems from games needing re-review. The Steamworks documentation asks developers to plan for at least 7 business days for build reviews.
