Virgin Galactic's last commercial spaceflight was in June 2024, after which it retired VSS Unity. On current guidance, the next one would come nearly three years later, with the lead Delta-class ship, Apeiron, expected in early Q2 2027. The company attributes the updated timeline to additional time needed for avionics software integration and validation.
