Free Fire Returns to India as Garena Launches Localized Version

Garena launched Free Fire India on October 28, 2026, a localized standalone version of its battle royale game for Android and iOS. It is the franchise's return to India more than four years after the February 2022 ban. Free Fire MAX remains available alongside it. The build hosts user data in India and includes playtime limits and spending caps.
