Discord now renders uploaded Markdown files, tables included

Discord now renders uploaded Markdown (.md) files with their formatting, including tables, instead of showing raw syntax. The change arrived with an October 22, 2026 update, according to Discord's update post and The Verge. The update covers whole documents, not only text typed into the composer.
