Colombia peace tribunal indicts 10 ex-FARC for alleged crimes against Indigenous groups

Colombia's Special Jurisdiction for Peace on Oct. 13, 2026 indicted 10 former FARC members for alleged war crimes and crimes against humanity against five Indigenous groups in southeast Colombia between 1996 and 2016. The tribunal says they carried out torture, murder and forced displacement. The court can impose only non-prison penalties.
