Omani co-pilot accused of trying to crash Israel-bound Flydubai flight

Omani national Hammam al-Hammami, 29, is accused of attempting a 9/11-style crash of Israel-bound Flydubai flight FZ1073. He allegedly attacked a colleague in the cockpit. The flight made an emergency landing in Tabuk, with the Indian captain and co-pilot taken to hospital. Australian Federal Police are investigating al-Hammami's past links to Australia.
