Omani Co-Pilot Accused in Attempted Crash of Israel-Bound Flight

Omani co-pilot Hammam al-Hammami, 29, is accused of trying to crash Flydubai flight FZ1073 bound for Israel in a 9/11-style attack. He allegedly attacked another pilot in the cockpit. The plane made an emergency landing in Tabuk. The Indian captain and co-pilot were hospitalized. Australia's federal police are examining al-Hammami's past links to Australia.
