Republican Senator Says Trump's Russian Diesel Sanctions Relief May Be Illegal

Republican Sen. Thom Tillis said President Donald Trump's temporary relaxation of sanctions on Russian diesel may be illegal. Speaking Oct. 11 on NBC's Meet the Press, Tillis said: "I do believe there's a legitimate case for saying the president's not following the law." Trump frames the relief as a way to lower record fuel prices.
