Trump administration suspends Microsoft, Adobe, Cognizant, Infosys from PERM green-card program

The Trump administration is suspending Microsoft, Adobe, Cognizant and Infosys from the PERM permanent labor certification program. The Labor Department will accept no new applications from the companies and will halt processing of pending cases, freezing the employer filing step required before workers can proceed toward permanent U.S. residence.
