Asos confirms hackers accessed data of millions of customers

Asos confirmed on Oct. 8 that hackers accessed basic personal information of millions of customers, including names, delivery addresses, email addresses and phone numbers, plus recent search histories. Payment card details and passwords were not accessed. The company said its website and app remained safe to use.
