Badenoch rules out working with Reform before or after election

Conservative leader Kemi Badenoch said she will not work with Reform UK before or after the next general election. She said it in her closing speech to the party's conference in Birmingham. The BBC said the four-day gathering showed no dissent about her leadership after defections.
