Flávio Bolsonaro vows constitutional reform to 're-democratise' Brazil

Flávio Bolsonaro, leading Lula 47% to 45% before Brazil's 25 October runoff, said at a campaign event in Goiânia he would use the increased far-right presence in congress to change the constitution and “re-democratise” Brazil. Brazil was re-democratised in the 1980s after 21-year dictatorship; Jair Bolsonaro was jailed for 27 years for attempting a coup.
