Prime Minister Christopher Luxon and Labour leader Chris Hipkins clashed over trustworthiness, racism and the cost of living in TVNZ's leaders' debate on 7 October, according to 1News. TVNZ said more than one million New Zealanders watched. TVNZ's multi-party debate will screen on 13 October.
