SEC Keeps Three-Member Quorum With Two Exceptions in First Update in 30 Years

The SEC retains a three-commissioner quorum, subject to two exceptions, replacing a 1995 fallback that let one or two members in office constitute a quorum. It is the first revision to quorum requirements in 30 years.
