New Zealand declines Canada's invitation to join defence bank

New Zealand has declined Canada's invitation to join the Defence, Security and Resilience Bank, according to MFAT advice released under the Official Information Act. Prime Minister Christopher Luxon was invited by Mark Carney in late April. MFAT officials advised against joining in late July, and New Zealand told Ottawa in late August.
