Klan Group Rebrands as The Knights Party to Expand Base
The Knights of the Ku Klux Klan has shortened its name to The Knights Party. The group, founded in the 1970s by David Duke and led since 1989 by Thomas Robb, says the rebrand around family and faith aims to expand its base. Al Jazeera reported the change from Boone County, Arkansas, on Oct. 5, 2026.
