Te Pāti Māori announces one-person list for 2026 election

Te Pāti Māori has announced a one-person party list for the 2026 General Election. General Secretary Lance Norman was selected unanimously as the sole ranked candidate beyond its seven Māori electorate candidates, the party said. It said the list reaffirmed its candidate-vote strategy and that it is backing seven candidates to win the Māori electorates.
