Stabbed Flydubai captain says he opened cockpit door to save flight

Indian captain Smit Machchhar says he opened the cockpit door while covered in blood on the floor as his co-pilot attacked him on a Tel Aviv-bound Flydubai flight, letting crew and passengers enter and overpower the attacker. He recounted it to Prime Minister Narendra Modi from a hospital bed in Abu Dhabi. The UAE says it will investigate.
