Rivian Counts on R2 for Growth as R1T, R1S and Van Stay Flat

Rivian expects full-year deliveries of its R1T, R1S and electric delivery van to remain flat in 2026, with incremental volume from R2. The company told investors it expects to sell upwards of 25,000 R2 vehicles in the first production year. CEO RJ Scaringe said R2 takes Rivian from subscale to a scaled manufacturer.
