Lula and Flávio Bolsonaro tied before Brazil's first-round vote

Lula and Flávio Bolsonaro are level in polls ahead of Sunday's first-round presidential vote in Brazil. A late-September Atlas poll put Lula at 45.3% and Bolsonaro at 42.2%. Polls also show the two tied in a likely Oct. 25 runoff, required if no candidate wins 50%. Both skipped the final debate.
