AWS Releases Open-Source Strands Decider 2B Decision Model

Amazon Web Services has released Strands Decider 2B, an open-source decision model inspired by TypeSafe's Jev. Built on the Qen3.5-2B LLM torso, it is fully open-sourced and small enough to run locally. The release came via Strands Labs, AWS's group for AI agent tooling.
