Gulf Crude Exports Back to Pre-War Average in September
Gulf crude exports reached at least 16.5 million barrels a day in September, equalling the pre-war average excluding Iran, according to Kpler. The rebound from March, when flows were 10.5 million barrels lower after US and Israeli strikes on Iran, relied on Saudi and Emirati pipelines and ship-to-ship transfers, with US military escorts in the region.
