Six minor-party leaders meet for first Kingmakers' Debate

Leaders of six minor parties debated on 1 October in the campaign's first smaller-parties debate, billed as The Kingmakers' Debate. The Press and Stuff hosted the event, with Stuff political editor Jenna Lynch as host, according to Stuff. RNZ covered it live from 7.30pm. Participants included the Greens, ACT, New Zealand First, Te Pāti Māori and Opportunity's Qiulae Wong.
