Middle East Crude Exports Return to Prewar Levels

Middle East crude exports are back to prewar levels, analysts told the Wall Street Journal on September 30. Producers used other pipelines, ports and ship-to-ship transfers — moving oil between tankers — including Saudi Arabia's restarted East-West pipeline. In my view, this should ease fuel costs, though shipping risk remains.
