Opportunity Party proposes $600m tax credit for AI uptake

Opportunity Party leader Qiulae Wong has proposed a $600m tax credit to help businesses adopt AI and other technology. She outlined the breakthrough policy in an interview with RNZ's Midday Report on 1 October, ahead of November's election. She said AI could lift productivity if regulated well.
