ElevenLabs doubles to $22 billion with $300 million employee tender

ElevenLabs announced September 30, 2026 it completed a $300 million employee tender at a $22 billion valuation. The pricing doubles the $11 billion valuation from its $500 million raise in February. The offer allowed employees to sell a portion of vested equity to investors.
