Jack Smith Defends Dismissed Trump Cases at Senate Hearing

Former special counsel Jack Smith testified before the Senate Judiciary Committee on Sept. 29, 2026, defending his two dismissed cases against Donald Trump over 2020 election overturn efforts and classified documents.
