Burnham Opens Door to Rejoining EU Beyond Labour's Red Lines

Prime Minister Andy Burnham, in his first speech as prime minister to Labour's conference in Liverpool, said the party could look beyond manifesto red lines to explore a customs union, the single market, or even rejoining the EU. Future talks would still mean negotiation with Brussels and trade-offs at home over rules and money.
