Barclays lets some UK staff delay three-day office rule until 2027

Barclays has eased its return-to-office plan for 45,000 UK staff after backlash, allowing some to delay compliance until 2027. The bank had planned to require at least three days a week in office from 5 October, with senior staff at four days, up from two. Executives say implementation is extended while flexible-working policy is reviewed.
