Barclays delays three-day office rule for some UK staff

Barclays has eased its office return for 45,000 UK staff after backlash. Some can wait until 2027 to comply. The plan from 5 October would raise office time from two days weekly to three — four for senior staff. Executives say rollout is extended while flexible-working policy is reviewed.
