Roger Lynch to become Mattel chairman and CEO, succeeding Ynon Kreiz

Mattel announced Roger Lynch will succeed Ynon Kreiz as chairman and chief executive, Variety reported on Sept. 30. Lynch, Condé Nast CEO since 2019, takes the chairman role effective Oct. 2 and assumes the CEO role on or before Nov. 2. Kreiz steps down Oct. 2 to take a senior leadership post at another public company.
