Leading AI labs agree to voluntary safety pact with Trump

Google, Anthropic, Meta, OpenAI, xAI and Nvidia signed the Joint Commitment on Frontier Responsibilities with President Trump. The voluntary agreement, shared by adviser David Sacks, commits the companies to self-police development of frontier AI, meaning the most advanced models, through regular meetings on safety standards and best practices.
