Alberta's Oct. 19 referendum includes question on binding separation vote

Albertans are set to vote Oct. 19 in a referendum with 10 questions. One asks whether Alberta should stay in Confederation or hold a second, binding referendum on separation. The October vote itself would not decide separation.
