Yemen Says Houthis Turned Iranian Defenses Into Heat-Seeking Loitering Missiles

Yemen's Saudi-backed government accused the Houthi rebels of turning Iranian air-defence missiles into heat-seeking weapons that can circle overhead, with help from Iran's IRGC paramilitary force. Spokesman Majed al-Nazili said they can hover for 25 minutes and strike any heat source, endangering civilian flights over Yemen and the Red Sea. The claim has not been independently verified.
