Fetterman calls himself 'lifelong Republican,' then corrects to Democrat

Pennsylvania Sen. John Fetterman answered a question about why he had not become an independent by saying 'Because I'm a lifelong Republican' at the Texas Tribune Festival in Austin on Sept. 26. Interviewer Major Garrett said 'Democrat,' and Fetterman replied 'I'm a lifelong Democrat,' laughing that 'That'll get clipped.'
