Spencer repeats 'temper' claim about King; Palace denies it

Charles Spencer described King Charles III as "a man with a temper" when recounting his recollection of a disagreement before Diana, Princess of Wales's funeral. He spoke in New York on 29 September to promote Swan Song: Diana, My Sister. Buckingham Palace has denied claims made by Spencer about the King.
