UK to bar foreign firms from building nuclear submarine docks

Chancellor John Healey will announce that foreign suppliers will be blocked from building three new floating docks for nuclear submarines at HM Naval Base Clyde. The Programme Euston docks, due in the early 2030s under a £15bn shipyard upgrade, will handle maintenance and inspections.
