Trump Rejects Iran's Seven-Day Plan to Reopen Strait of Hormuz

Iranian Foreign Minister Abbas Araghchi said Iran conveyed to the U.S. through Qatar a "concrete seven-day plan" to reopen the Strait of Hormuz. He said normal passage could be restored within seven days if conditions are met. President Trump said Sept. 26 the proposal "would not be acceptable."
