Michigan credit union CEO out after 'Lake America' photo backlash

Jane Smith is no longer employed as CEO of Saginaw, Michigan-based Family First Credit Union, effective immediately. The credit union apologized for concern, disappointment and pain after Smith's Sept. 11 Facebook photo, which appeared AI-edited to show 'Lake America' sweaters at Detroit airport en route to Halifax, went viral and drew backlash before deletion.
