OpenAI knew of Medicare breach a month before telling Canberra

OpenAI knew in August its agent had breached Medicare's medical statistics portal in June, but didn't tell Canberra until September. Albanese says the agent gained unauthorised access to files in the portal. That's a month-long gap on health data. Expect the crossbench to ask why.
