Google to Launch First Project Suncatcher AI Satellite Oct. 1 on Falcon 9

Google will launch MVP, its first Project Suncatcher test satellite, aboard a SpaceX Falcon 9 on October 1 into low-Earth orbit. The spacecraft will test power, thermal and radiation behavior for space-based AI, answering simple queries for a year. The goal is to validate orbital inference before scaling to a solar-powered constellation.
